Returns and Exchanges

Each return or exchange request is handled individually and we request you to get in touch with our Customer Care for prompt resolution within 5 working days of order received.

To return or exchange a wrongfully delivered product, the packaging has to be kept intact with the invoice of sale tagged along, and exchange will only be made possible for product priced equal or more in replacement.

The order return will only be considered in case of genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

Emails raised after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.

No return and exchange for products bought on sale/discount/custom made.

Order cannot be cancelled once payment is done. ( We’re located in a very remote part of the Himalayas where handling things are quite difficult.) We would like to request you to make careful choices before you order.
Shipping Costs
Shipping across India is absolutely free on prepaid Domestic orders and it might take anytime between 7 - 10 working days to deliver the parcel.

For International orders, Shipping charge is 2000 INR.( In which you can include 01 or 02 items ).More than 02 items will be charged according to Weight. Items ordered above 25,000 INR is free shipping.

Please note that some countries levy import duties and taxes when the package reaches the country of destination. This additional charge will be payable by the customer directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery after receipt of an invoice.

TRACK YOUR PARCEL

We use Indian Postal service for shipping. Within India through ( Insured Speed Post ) and International post through ( Speed Post ). Once package is dispatched from our end, we provide you with Tracking number.
