RETURN & EXCHANGE

Our products are created with utmost care, we have strict quality control measures to avoid product defects and each piece is marked by individual quality checker. We encourage you to shop carefully and consciously. Each return or exchange request is handled individually and we request you to get in touch with our Customer Care for prompt resolution within 48 hours of order received.

  • The order return will only be considered in case of genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

​

  • Emails raised after 48 hours of receiving items will not be entertained.

​

  • No return and exchange for products bought on sale/discount or offer for charity.

​

  • No refunds incase of failed delivery due to wrong or incomplete address provided by customer.

​

  • No refund once order placed, only exchange can be made only when genuine reason (please be careful while placing order, we would love to guide you before placing orders incase of any confusion).

  • To exchange a wrongfully delivered product, the packaging has to be kept intact with original tags and exchange will only be made possible for product priced equal or more in replacement.

​

  • Generally we carry single size hence no exchange, however if we are providing you sizes in particular style on our ecommerce, you can exchanged for a different size within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • If your desired size is sold out, exchange will only be made possible for product priced equal or more in replacement. We do not take responsibility of any returned package, it is your responsibility to coordinate with your shipping service and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Custom made and limited Edition products are not returnable or exchangeable.

​

  • We take pride in our design and quality. Our products are made from natural fibers and mostly hand spun and woven in a sustainable and ethical way. Certain product has texture, uneven, irregular and inherent characteristics of natural fibers and hand process may appear as defects. However in case you receive a defective product please call +91 9697000344 or email jigmatcouture@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We do not take responsibility of any returned package, it is your responsibility to coordinate with your shipping service and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Any product purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.

  • Please note that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the picture, description, colour and measurement of our products. However, colour can’t be as accurate on computer monitors, we cannot guarantee an accurate representation of colours on your monitor screen.
