SHIPPING & PAYMENT
Orders above INR 5000/- are available for free shipping within India on prepaid Domestic orders and for orders under INR 5000/- is flat INR 350/- (any weight or size of package). it might take anytime between 5 to 8 working days to deliver the parcel.
For International orders, Shipping charge is INR 2500/- (any weight or size of package). International shipping for all orders above USD$ 500 or equivalent is free Shipping.
We are located between earth and sky, in the remote of mountains of Himalaya, very far from urban cities; please allow two to three weeks for international shipping. Rest we ensure that your order will arrive safe.
All customs and duties to be borne by the customer. ‘Jigmat Couture’ holds no responsibility.
Track your parcel
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email conformation of your package, shipping details and a tracking number. You will be able to track the status of your package from website of postal service. As you know we are located in remote Ladakh, Himalaya. Here only government postal service is available and we ensure service is very safe. however, internet at times is slow in mountains of Ladakh and you might not be able to track on the same day of delivery, but do not worry, as soon as it will reach national capital New Delhi, you can get access to tracking facility. At the time of placing your order, please provide your complete shipping address including the pin code and valid contact number.
To make changes to your shipping address, within 24 hours of placing your order, please email our customer care jigmatcouture@gmail.com . We can’t redirect orders once your packages have been dispatched.
We ship to most of countries worldwide (but in current situation of pandemic few countries postal service is temporally suspended) hence we would like to request you to check from our customer care for latest status, or else you can order only if you are not in hurry. International shipping is (Duty Unpaid), which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties, customs and local taxes if any. Please note that some countries levy import duties and taxes when the package reaches the country of destination. This additional charge will be payable by the customer directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery after receipt of an invoice.
